Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
• Shipping Charges: Rs. 250 nationwide.
• Free Shipping: Valid on all orders above Rs. 2,500.

Lahore Same-Day Delivery (Special Service)

As a Lahore-based brand, we offer Same-Day Delivery for our local customers.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery via local riders (Bykea/InDrive).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
• Note: This service may be subject to higher shipping rates based on the distance from our hub.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure the correct amount is ready upon the rider's arrival to avoid delivery delays.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the second delivery attempt.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided to you.
