Refund & Exchange Policy
At ZAYNAQ, we are committed to providing premium-grade jewelry designed for longevity. Every piece undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Damages and Issues (The Unboxing Rule)
- To ensure a fair process, we require an unboxing video as proof of damage.
- Please record a video while opening your parcel for the first time.
- If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at care@zaynaq.pk or WhatsApp with the video attached.
- Without a clear unboxing video, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange claim.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. In the event of a valid return (e.g., out-of-stock replacement or manufacturing defect), we will issue Store Credit of the same value, which can be used for any future purchase at ZAYNAQ.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a Flash Sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched does not qualify for an exchange.
Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), ZAYNAQ will cover the shipping costs.
- For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
How to Start an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product.
